"Citius, Altius, Fortius, Ouvrons grand les yeux ! - exhibition of the Société Française de l'Aquarelle
From 10/11 to 24/11/2024, daily between 10 am and 6.30 pm.
Event at Avignon :
In this Olympic year, the Société Française de l'Aquarelle has chosen to express its attachment to the importance of altruism, solidarity, sharing, bonding and the quest for excellence at both individual and collective levels.
To this end, she will be presenting original works in the form of paintings, performances and installations at the Cloître St Louis.
Aware that artists play a role in passing on their work to as many people as possible, the company will be organizing visits for schoolchildren, senior citizens and, of course, the general public, highlighting the values conveyed by the exhibition theme.
Around 35 carefully selected artists from all over France will be taking part in this event, which is sure to be as successful as previous editions, which each time enable thousands of people from Avignon, the region and far beyond, to discover the world of art.
