Suitable for all levels, from novice to wine connoisseur. Based on 5 wines, this approach will provide you with tasting vocabulary and elements of sensory analysis.
Enter the world of Chêne Bleu wines, a unique place for lovers of wine, gastronomy, art, history and nature. Our wines are made at La Verrière, a family-run wine estate dating back to the Middle Ages, nestled behind the village of Crestet, high up in the Dentelles de Montmirail, in the foothills of the legendary Mont Ventoux. All the vines are meticulously tended with respect for organic practices and the introduction of biodynamic and sustainable principles.
