250 m² family farmhouse set in the heart of the Châteauneuf du Pape vineyards.Ideal for family vacations, the house can accommodate 14 people, 8 adults; 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 6 single beds, adjoining games room.
Set in 600m² of private, enclosed grounds (excluding parking), the accommodation features a private, fenced 8m x 3.5m swimming pool with sun loungers.
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 on 1st floor: 1 double bed (160cm) + bathroom - Reversible air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 2 on 1st floor: 1 double bed (160cm) + bathroom + WC - Reversible air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 3 on 1st floor: 1 double bed (160cm) + bathroom + WC - Reversible air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 4 on ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility: 1 double bed (160cm) + shower room + WC
- Bedroom 5 on 2nd floor: large room under the roof, with 6 single beds (80cm) that can be converted into 3 double beds (160cm) - Reversible air-conditioning
+ 1 separate WC on 1st floor and 1 separate WC on ground floor.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
* Large games room upstairs with table soccer and billiards. Large petanque court adjoining the house.
* Large vaulted stone room, with powerful connected loudspeaker, dance floor to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or New Year's Eve!
* Wifi internet connection + TV box
* Nursery equipment available (cot/high chair)
