La Villa des Grands Pins

Accommodation:
Villa des Grands Pins is divided into 2 apartments. You'll enjoy the main house with its garden and swimming pool (just for you), guaranteeing peace and quiet, privacy and no one to live near.
It comprises 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and terrace, a shower room with double basins and Italian-style shower (separate toilet), a storeroom/laundry room with washing machine and a parking space.
For your comfort, all bedding is new. Bed linen and bath towels are provided (except beach towels), as is cleaning at the end of your stay. The owners are available to help if needed.

Outside:
In a wooded garden with swimming pool (new liner), you'll find 3 rest areas (with deckchairs, mattresses, hammock...) and a shaded terrace sheltered from the wind for family meals. The dining area is equipped with furniture for 6 people, with the option of cooking on the barbecue.

Living room - Dining room - Kitchen:
Living room: TV with fiber optics, leather sofa, large coffee table, fireplace with firewall, workstation also equipped with fiber optics.
Dining room: table for 6 (with 2 extensions for 4 more), leather chairs.
Kitchen: basic equipment (crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans...), dishwasher, halogen hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender...
Cellar: fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, storage space...

Ground-floor bedroom:
Pool-view room with Queen-size double bed, dressing room and baby cot (on request), TV and WiFi.

Upstairs bedrooms:
One bedroom with a Queen-size bed, TV, Wifi and one with two 90cm beds that can be combined into a King Size, Wifi.
Dressing room with hangers on landing, Wifi, French-language library for all ages, secure windows.

Shower Room:
Shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin, storage space and separate toilet.

Traveler access:
Located 5 min from the dynamic village of Saint Didier, with its Provencal colors and atmosphere, you'll find all amenities: bakeries, butchers, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, pharmacy and its weekly market. The popular Garrigues area is a residential neighborhood where life is good.
Just a stone's throw from Pernes les Fontaines and a host of hilltop villages, you're only 15 minutes from L'Isle sur la Sorgue and the Saumane golf course, and 30 minutes from the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux, promising great discoveries on foot, by bike or in the air.

Availability:
Open for rental from mid-June to mid-September, only available in multiples of 7 nights (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks...). Arrivals are on Saturdays or Sundays from 5pm; departures by 10am at the latest (cleaning crews are on duty between 10am and 5pm). For remaining availability, please contact us.
