Set in the heart of the Beaumes-de-Venise vineyards, this property is a stone's throw from the centre of this authentic Provençal village. Ideal for exploring the Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux, and the Côtes du Rhône.

Private, heated, saltwater swimming pool (7.80m x 3.60m with 1.50m depth), secured by a roller blind cover.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one 140cm bed, one 160cm bed, two 120cm beds).
Ground floor: kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Living/dining room, utility room (washing machine).
Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning on ground floor.
Place to store bikes and motorbikes.
