Egg roll with Banon goat cheese and whipped cream with bacon. Bruschetta with eggplant caviar and sliced tomatoes, salad with olive oil. Long-simmered lamb with olives and rosemary. Filet mignon of Mont Ventoux raised pork. Roasted fig tart with pistachio. Three types of crème brulée: lavender -vanilla-thyme.
In a country setting, by the swimming pool under the watchful gaze of Mont Ventoux or indoors, in our restaurant in the colors of Provence, we propose elegant cuisine with a Provencal accent, generous, inventive cuisine prepared by our Chef.
